Not feelin’ the crunch? (Returns)
We crunch the numbers, test the crumbles, and pour love into every bag — but hey, we get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan.
If your dessert dreams weren’t fulfilled, flick us an email at crunchcrumblenz@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll sort a refund faster than you can say “just one more spoonful.”
Send us the uneaten portion (yep, no sneaky empty bags, please!) and we’ll process a refund for the returned product.
Note: After 5 days, your claim becomes crumble dust — no returns accepted past that.
Something’s off? (Defects)
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at crunchcrumblenz@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. Will replace any defective products/bags, and ask you to dispose of the bags in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.
On Sale? No Refund Trail.
Our sale crumbles are like limited-edition magic — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
That means only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable — no takesies-backsies on those sweet deals!
(But let’s be honest — at those prices, your taste buds still won.)

🛻 Heads-up: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Sadly, we can't crumble those away. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you're eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
📍 Return Tip:
If your return is over $100 worth of crunchy goodness, we recommend using a trackable service or adding shipping insurance. Because if it gets lost in the mail, we can’t help it — we’re good at crunch, not hide-and-seek.
⏳ Timing:
How long it takes for your new treat to arrive depends on where you're located — and how nicely the courier handles our crunchy care package.
